Electronic Giving

Holy Cross is pleased to announce the introduction of an electronic solution for making one-time or reoccurring donations from your personal checking or saving bank account. Reoccurring donations may be made on a weekly, semi-monthly or monthly basis.

Direct Debit Giving is used to automatically transfer funds from your checking or savings account to the church’s bank account. Our new electronic giving program offers convenience for you and much-needed donation consistency for our congregation.

There are two process methods to select from:

Hard Copy Authorization Form

Download Authorization Here: Vanco HC Form One. Complete the form, attach a voided check and place it in an envelope marked “Confidential” and either mail it to the church office or place it in the Coordinator of Stewardship mailbox her at the church.

Manage your giving online

Giving online is easy and allows you to set up automatic recurring contributions and view your complete online giving history from anywhere you have access to the Internet. Simply follow these easy steps:

  • If you are interested in electronic giving click on the “Click Here”choice.
  • Click on the Create Profile button which is in the lower right portion of the screen.
  • Follow the onscreen instructions to create an online profile and to schedule your recurring contributions. The information needed to dos this is the same as is on the form on the reverse side of the page.

If you are currently giving on a weekly basis, you will no longer need to write out 52 checks a year or prepare 52 envelopes. And, when travel, illness or other circumstances prevent you from attending services, this program will allow your weekly offerings to continue on an uninterrupted basis.

At any time after setting up the electronic offering you can change the donation amount, the frequency, bank account information or discontinue the electronic offering by either resubmitting another Application Form or contacting the church office.
